Order Processing: At Afrikwu.co.uk, we strive to process and dispatch your orders efficiently. Once payment is confirmed, your order will typically be processed within one to two business days. Orders received during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation with details of your order and shipping tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping and Delivery We ship across the United Kingdom using trusted courier services. Standard delivery times range from 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, although we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delivery charges will be indicated during checkout.
Statutory Right of Return: By UK consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without needing to provide a reason. If you wish to return an item, please notify us clearly by email at customersupport@afrikwu.co.uk or through the contact form on our website, including your order number and the details of the item (s) you wish to return.
Conditions of Return: Returned items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perishable items, opened groceries, or items with a short shelf life cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty, incorrect, or damaged upon receipt. We recommend using a tracked courier service, as Afrikwu cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit during returns.
Refund Processing Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that original delivery charges are refundable only in cases where the goods are faulty, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
